My 2nd stay here, got a double room with a lovely garden view, the breakfast was delicious and had many options made fresh, and the location couldn't be better.

Everywhere there was fairly clean.

The venue is high quality and picturesque with knowledgeable staff.

The room was awesome – super clean and spacious, plus it had a great view. the bed was so comfy and the bathroom was nice too! 🌟

exceptionally comfortable beds and a kettle, tea, coffee, and an iron. favourable location in the great area, short walk to chester or wrexham, the usual bistro, and the garden. excellent service and an attached restaurant onsite.

I managed to get the room on the internet at a budget price and was really pleased. Very large room with a huge bed which was very comfortable. The one thing that would have made it perfect would have been a pool or gym (or even both!)

This place has a fantastic location near Oscar's Bistro and other visitor attractions, making it convenient for dining out in the evening at Oscars Brasserie.

Affable staff members with decent service, lovely and amazing location. 15 minutes drive to airport...

The friendly attitude of the staff and the Restaurant sevice and good menus make your meals enjoyable. The location is just right for exploring the welsh country are a Mountains etc also to indulge in the fine shops available in Chester

Recently refurbished, the room was spacious and had a lovely garden view. the location was great, close to nice pubs and restaurants. - the staff were friendly and helpful in a pleasant area.

the flat sheet has a stain on it, the bed side lamp was not working and there was dust on the table, the room smells like an old furniture shop. the bathroom towels smells damp.

The room was freezing. On arrival in our room we had no bedding at too inform reception. There was broken tiles in the bathroom. For what should be a luxury hotel it was poor really. The whole hotel was freezing.

This place is located in a countryside area and offers very comfortable accommodations.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Wrexham. Pleasant clean hotel and staff was exceptional. The room was spotless, it had shower facilities, a hairdryer and dressing gowns. Garden view was pleasant.

we have visited this hote lmany times before and we always find it very relaxing ,friendly and great value for money
